CA Models operates three of the largest capacity DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) systems in the world, including an SLM 500HL with 500x280x360mm build envelope - one of the largest available. The company uniquely combines metal additive manufacturing with in-house CNC machining, inspection, and post-processing capabilities, enabling tight tolerance features down to ±0.005mm. In-house powder recycling facility minimizes material costs. Exceptional model shop with nine experienced model makers provides hand-finished prototypes. 48m² professional spray room with drying oven (60-260°C) for specialized finishing including powder, Xylan, and conductive coatings.
