GORD 3D is Qatar's premier 3D printing center and a Center of Excellence under the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD). Located in Qatar Science and Technology Park, the company offers comprehensive additive manufacturing services including metal 3D printing via Direct Laser Melting (DLM) and Bound Metal Deposition (BMD), polymer and composite printing using FDM and SLS technologies, plus digital inventory management, reverse engineering, and CAD modeling. Metal 3D printing maximum part size: 260 x 260 x 390 mm (EP-M260 LPBF system). Typical turnaround time for metal parts: 5-15 working days depending on complexity. Large-scale robotic 3D printing capability for oversized components (demonstrated 5-meter boat production). Polymer printing supports both small precision parts and large-scale architectural/industrial components. Facility located in Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) with state-of-the-art equipment including EP-M260 metal printer, Desktop Metal Studio System 2 (BMD), MF X7 CFR (continuous fiber composite), and multiple FDM/SLS systems.
